1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WhoGoes (whogoes.co and app.whogoes.co), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

WhoGoes provides event attendee data sourced from public LinkedIn posts. Our platform allows you to browse events, preview sample contacts, and purchase credits to unlock full contact details including verified email addresses.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WhoGoes data only for:

• Legitimate B2B sales outreach and business development
• Event-related marketing and pre-event engagement
• Market research and competitive analysis

You must not:

• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) using our data
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense contact data obtained from WhoGoes
• Use data for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable data protection laws
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automatically extract data from our platform
• Share your account credentials with others

4. Credits & Payments

• Credits are purchased in packs and used to unlock contact details
• 1 credit = 1 contact unlock
• Credits do not expire
• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Free credits (e.g., signup bonus) may be subject to additional terms

5. Data Accuracy

We strive for high data accuracy, including email verification and firmographic enrichment. However, we do not guarantee that all contact information is 100% accurate or current. Contact details may change after our last verification. WhoGoes is provided on an "as-is" basis.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@whogoes.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhoGoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to WhoGoes in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use policy. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@whogoes.co.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
